Well if you don’t have any listings you could find others in your office with listings and ask them, or go to a big REO broker in the area and request permission. Or depending on your state if your broker is HUD approved you can market their listings so long as you don’t specifically state that they are your listings. Hope this helps!

What listings are they putting on Craigslist. Are these there own listing, bank owned? As a new Realtor I have no listings at the moment but would like to start working with buyers…help!

You’ll need to use different headlines and vary the other components of the ad. You may also want to include text with the image and vary the text in the body itself. As far as posting from same IP that shouldn’t be a problem. We post many different ads from same IP. A different URL won’t hurt but isn’t a big deal either way. Nothing to be intimidated about. I understand that posting an image ad will reduce being flagged. What other items needed to be changed? Can I repost an add in less than 48 hrs using my same IP. Does it help to use a different url which I can redirect to my website etc. At present I am intimidated by the rules on Craigslist.
